returns and refunds
We offer a 10-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 10 days of receiving your item. However, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additionally, it is important to note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
